The team at Northtown Volvo did a very good job in getting us a new vehicle on short notice to replace our malfunctioning Volvo XC 90, which Volvo refused to fix. They helped rectify a bad situation that Volvo should have solved. I love Northtown Volvo but our experience with Volvo inn general has been far less positive.

He was thorough in explaining all the conditions of the sale, explaining the new technology, and making sure I was comfortable with our interactions. He indicated I could contact him any time if I had questions or concerns and ifelt he meant it! I consider him an excellent representative for Volvo. I would easily give him a ten (10) rating, ten being high of course.
Despite production and sticker problems resulting in further than normal delays, the car finally arrived. Dan Wiitner gave us the intro and Alex Kreher followed through with a very thorough explanation and program settings.

I kept receiving 2 different texts for the days of my service. I went with the one I originally set up. I brought my car in the night before service and they told me I had the wrong day. I showed them my text message confirming the date. They said they would fit me in. Thankfully they did and my car was ready by mid morning. I will not book on line again.

We just purchased our second Volvo from this dealership and we relieved that a car was available for purchase during these pandemic times. Our salesmen, Daniel Witkin, is a born salesmen- he knows his product and he has a sense of humor. We fell fortunate to make this purchase. Over 30 years ago we looked Volvo in another state and the salesman seemed to look down at us as we only had a insignificant car - at that point we bought an Audi. So my hat is off to Daniel !

A friend, an existing customer of yours, gave us contact information for Russ Mistretta. Upon reaching out to Russ, he immediately provided information regarding the momentum and Inscription. I asked if could speak directly with my wife and I at the dealership, and he immediately accommodated us. After approximately 2 hours talking and receiving an education on the 2 vehicles, we build an inscription. Russ immediately went to work and coordinated with management to rush the loan application, and locating a vehicle. First Volvo was an XC 90 ( 3 1/2 years ) Just bought another Volvo - an XC 60. A car with Quality , Style, and Performance. Smooth Ride with the Best Saftey Features I think of all cars on the road . The 4X4 gets you through the snow. The dashboard and functions are simple and easy to use .Good gas mileage too .

My husband and I live 90 miles from the dealership, so we started the conversation about trading our XC60T for a 2016 via email. Scott Thomas, Northtown's representative was very good to work with in all regards. His approach was more informational than sales, he put no pressure whatsoever on us and he completed the process in a most professional and favorable way. The best news is we love the car too! Further, Andy, the Service Manager for our first car deserves the highest ratings in all categories also.
